Where Miracles Begin: The Hidden Order of the Astral and Physical Worlds

Before understanding how saints perform miracles, it’s important to grasp a fundamental truth about both the astral and physical worlds.

What comes first—the astral world or the physical world?

The astral world comes first.

The word astral means sūkṣhma—very subtle, very small. The physical world is the expanded, visible form of this subtle reality. What we see with our eyes belongs to the physical world, but what is subtle, invisible, and yet present belongs to the astral world.

At Ashaeiynn, this is expressed simply:

The physical world is only the manifestation of the astral world.

Everything begins in the subtle and then takes form in the visible. This is why manifestation works—those who can influence the astral world automatically influence the physical world. Such people are known by different names: saints, mystics, astral practitioners, or occult practitioners. Though the names differ, the source of their power is the same—the astral world.

How Astral Powers Are Energized

The kind of astral power a saint develops depends on how they access the astral world.

There is a continuous cycle connecting the astral and physical realms. One can move from the astral to the physical, and from the physical to the astral.

Because of this, saints can be broadly understood in two ways:

  • Those who begin from the physical world and reach the astral world
  • Those who begin from the astral world and bring its power into the physical world

The energy they receive differs based on the path they follow. The direction of movement determines the quality and nature of the energy they gain.

How Energy Moves Between Worlds

Energy is activated through the human body.
And energy flows through chakras.

Since energy moves between the astral and physical worlds, chakras become the bridge between the two. Just as we have physical chakras connected to the body, we also have astral chakras connected to the astral body.

This continuous flow—through chakras, between worlds—is the foundation of all astral power, manifestation, and what people often call miracles.

Understanding this order is the first step toward understanding how saints truly work—not through magic, but through mastery of the astral reality that shapes the physical world.

The Two Paths of Saints

There are two types of saints, and the difference lies in where their energy journey begins.

First type:
Some saints begin from the astral world. They energize their astral chakras first, and from there the energy flows naturally into the physical chakras. As this flow continues, the physical chakras slowly awaken and become energized.

Second type:
Other saints begin from the physical world. They first activate and balance their physical chakras, and once these chakras are stable, the energy moves upward and reaches the astral chakras.

What Is a Miracle, Actually?

A miracle is simply the result of energy exchange.

  • When energy moves from the astral world to the physical world, something manifests.
  • When energy moves from the physical world to the astral world, something also manifests.

In both cases, you receive something as a result of this transfer—and that result is what we call a miracle.

The Universal Law Behind Miracles

This process follows a universal principle, similar to Newton’s third law:
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Energy moves in a circular flow between the astral and physical worlds.
So whether energy travels from astral to physical, or from physical to astral, the exchange always creates a response.

That response—visible or invisible—is what the world recognizes as a miracle.

Saints of the Subtle Path: Working Through Astral Power

Some saints walk a subtle spiritual path, where power is drawn not from physical effort but from the astral realm. Their energy flows through the astral chakras, and mantra chanting is the primary method they use to activate this inner current.

When a mantra is chanted, its impact does not appear instantly in the physical world. The vibration first activates the astral chakras. From there, the energy slowly descends into the physical body and daily life. This is why results are gradual—because transformation always begins at the subtle level before becoming visible externally.

As practice deepens, the seeker develops Mantra Shakti—the living, active power of the mantra itself. Through Mantra Shakti, intentions and energies are carried from the astral realm into material reality. What seems invisible at first eventually manifests as tangible change.

In simple terms, disciplined mantra chanting allows a person to draw energy from the astral world and anchor it into the body, mind, and life. This is the way of saints who work quietly, yet whose impact is deep and lasting.

On this path, activation always begins in the astral body. The astral chakras awaken first, and only then does the energy flow into the physical chakras, gradually restoring balance and stability. This is why physical imbalances often resolve naturally once astral energy becomes active.

Because their strength depends on this subtle flow, continuity is essential. Regular, uninterrupted mantra chanting keeps the astral current alive. When practice weakens, the flow diminishes—but when the vibration is sustained, astral energy continuously nourishes the physical body and supports long-term spiritual growth.

This is the subtle path: unseen in the beginning, powerful in its completion.

Saints Who Rise Through the Body: The Physical-to-Astral Path

The second path of sainthood moves in the opposite direction—here, energy is lifted from the physical body into the astral realm. The journey begins with the body itself.

These saints work through yoga, haṭha yoga, pranayama, and strict discipline to bring their physical chakras into perfect alignment. Because their work depends on bodily balance, they are deeply attentive to food, posture, breathing, surroundings, lifestyle, and behavior. Even a minor disturbance can disrupt the flow of energy.

Their practices focus strongly on breath and the air element. When this disciplined alignment is maintained over a long period, the physical chakras become stable. From this stability, energy naturally rises upward into the astral chakras.

When this upward movement occurs, a powerful inner exchange takes place. This energetic response is what we recognize as a miracle—not something sudden or random, but the result of sustained balance and discipline.

In today’s world, maintaining such precise physical harmony is extremely difficult. This is why many saints choose isolation—mountains, forests, or secluded spaces—away from pollution, distractions, and emotional entanglements. For householders, following this path is especially challenging.

Both the physical-to-astral and astral-to-physical paths lead to higher spiritual states. The difference lies not in the destination, but in the direction through which energy moves and transformation unfolds.

The Common Thread Behind All Saintly Powers

Across traditions, practices, and paths, there is one shared truth that connects all saints. Their power does not come from words, appearances, or rituals—it comes from their ability to bridge two worlds.

A saint is someone who can consciously shift energy between the subtle (astral) realm and the visible (physical) realm. When this movement happens, reality responds. What people witness as a miracle is simply the result of this inner transfer becoming outer experience.

Each saint may choose a different medium—mantra, yoga, discipline, devotion, or guidance from a guru. Their styles differ, but the mechanism remains unchanged. Energy always moves from one dimension to another, and that movement creates transformation.

So, miracles are not exceptions to life’s rules—they are expressions of a deeper law.
Those who understand and master this law are the ones we recognize as saints.

Where Do Tapasvis Belong? Understanding the Path of Tapasya

All tapasvis fall under the path of physical discipline leading to astral awakening. Their journey begins with the alignment of physical chakras, and from there, energy is transferred upward into the astral chakras.

Tapasya, in its true sense, means intense discipline of the physical body. This often involves enduring hunger, thirst, heat, cold, silence, or restraint of the senses. Through these controlled hardships, the physical body is pushed beyond comfort. As a result, the physical chakras gradually come into balance and stability.

Practices like fasting, sense-control, silence, and withdrawal from physical indulgence are all forms of tap. By limiting the body, the tapasvi redirects energy inward and upward. When the physical body is fully restrained and aligned, its energy naturally begins to rise from the physical chakras to the astral body.

The energy that emerges from this process is known as tapas energy—a powerful force created through endurance, discipline, and inner strength. This is why tapasvis gain their power not through sound or mantra, but through sheer mastery over the physical body.

In short, tapasvis walk the path where physical restraint becomes the doorway to astral power.

What Do These Two Paths Rely On? Understanding Their True Support System

Let’s now understand what these two types of saints depend on—and how their journeys are different.

1. The Path of Tapasya and Physical Discipline

A saint who follows tap is largely self-dependent. Such a seeker can begin tapasya on their own, without needing external support or guidance.
Practices like yoga asanas, discipline of character, and restraints described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras are open to everyone. They work directly on the physical body and slowly lead the practitioner toward the astral body.

For example, if someone experiences physical discomfort or imbalance, they can use tapasya—endurance, restraint, and discipline—to stabilize the body. Through this process, energy naturally rises from the physical chakras to the astral level. This path relies more on personal effort and bodily mastery than on external guidance.

2. The Path of Mantra and Astral Activation

Saints who work primarily with astral energies have a different dependency. Since their practice draws power from the astral body, they require an activated Kundalini Shakti at the astral level.

Both types of saints awaken Kundalini Shakti, but the path they follow is different:

  • Astral-oriented saints awaken Kundalini through mantra Shakti. They first activate the astral chakras, and through this process, the Kundalini Shakti of the astral body becomes active.
  • Physically disciplined saints awaken Kundalini through yoga, pranayama, and strict bodily alignment. They first activate the physical chakras, and then the Kundalini Shakti of the physical body is awakened.

The energy is the same, but the entry point is different.

Knowing the State of Chakras: Physical vs Astral

The condition of physical chakras can be understood in many ways. There are instruments, observations, and physical signs that help assess physical balance.

However, astral chakras are far more subtle. There is no instrument that can directly see the astral body or its chakras. This mystery is exactly what attracts people—humans are naturally curious about what is unseen and unknown.

Because of this curiosity, many seekers use mantra Shakti to experience astral dimensions, even without an activated third eye.

Why Guidance Becomes Necessary

When a seeker chooses the astral route, guidance becomes essential. To move correctly from the astral world toward physical realization, one needs support from those who already operate at that level—gurus, saints, or deities of the astral realm.

This is why mantras are chanted in the name of deities or enlightened beings. These forces act as guides, helping the seeker move safely and correctly from the astral dimension to the physical world.

In essence,

  • Tapasya depends on self-discipline and the physical body,
  • Mantra depends on guidance, mantra Shakti, and astral support,
but both ultimately aim for the same awakening of energy across dimensions.

How Does Mantra Work Across Both Worlds—Astral and Physical?

Mantra is not limited to just sound or words. It works as a bridge between two dimensions—the astral world and the physical world.

Mantra and the Physical Chakras

In the physical body, each chakra has its own specific mantra. When that mantra is chanted correctly and regularly, it helps balance and harmonize the related physical chakra. This is why mantra chanting is often used to calm the mind, stabilize emotions, and bring balance to the body.

Mantra and the Astral Chakras

The astral chakras function differently. To work on them, one needs a specific mantra, along with its mantra doot—the subtle support of a deity, guru, or saint connected to that mantra.
Seeing or directly experiencing the astral body usually requires an activated third eye, which most people do not have.

Yet, even without realizing it, everything we do already happens through the astral body first. This is why most saints energize their astral body before the physical body. Once the astral energy is activated, its effects naturally flow into the physical body.

Two Ways Saints Work with Energy

There are very few saints who start by energizing the physical body first and then move toward the astral body. Because they work deeply on the physical level, their physical body tends to remain strong for a longer time.

On the other hand, saints who begin with astral activation may not maintain the physical body for as long, but their astral presence remains powerful and lasting.

What You Strengthen, Stays Longer

A simple rule applies here:
The body you work on more—astral or physical—stays stronger and lasts longer.

However, the two bodies are never separate. Whatever happens in the astral body impacts the physical body, and whatever happens in the physical body also influences the astral body. Mantra works precisely because it can touch both levels at the same time, making it one of the most powerful spiritual tools available.

How Do Miracles Really Happen? The Hidden Science Behind Them

Miracles don’t happen randomly. In the astral path, every miracle depends on a clear structure of energies. Saints who work through astral powers rely on four key factors:

  1. Their Kundalini Shakti – the awakened inner energy
  2. Who is energizing that Kundalini – the guiding force or Guru Tattva
  3. Who stands with them in the astral world – supporting saints or deities
  4. The atmosphere of the astral world they are connected to

Only when all four are aligned can a miracle take place.

Why Miracles Work in One Place but Not Everywhere

Take the example of a Bhaiya at Ashaeiynn. By chanting the initiated mantra of Ashaeiynn, he is able to help activate the third eye of others.

Why does this work?

Because within the astral environment of Ashaeiynn, there are saints who know exactly how third-eye activation happens. They understand how to transfer energy correctly, how to connect it with deities, and how to guide that flow safely.

But if the same person goes to a different spiritual place, where a different deity and astral system is active, and tries to do the same thing—it may not work at all.

Why?

Because every astral world has its own rules, energies, and specialties.
Saints can perform miracles only according to the atmosphere of the astral world they belong to. This is the natural limitation of astral power.

The Nature of Astral Saints: Dependent but Liberated

Astral saints are always dependent—on their mantra, their guru, their deity, and the astral environment. Those who understand this dependency live with humility and devotion, even while being liberated.

They know:

  • They cannot act alone
  • They cannot claim ownership of miracles
  • Prayer, surrender, and repetition are their strength

This is why true devotees pray again and again. Dependency keeps their bhakti tattva alive.

If such a saint becomes egoistic—thinking “I am doing everything”—the flow of energy slowly stops. Their bhakti tattva weakens, and eventually, the astral chakras stop responding.

The Other Path: Tapasvi and Physical Power

Now comes the second kind of saint—the Tapasvi.

A tapasvi creates energy through the physical body using tapasya. Because this energy is self-generated:

  • They are not dependent on anyone
  • They do not need permission
  • They can use their energy anytime, anywhere

Their power is raw, direct, and intense. That is why it is said:

Be careful of a tapasvi—one mantra of a tapasvi can equal ten thousand homas.

Devotee vs Tapasvi: The Core Difference

  • Devotee (Astral Path)
    • Dependent
    • Humble
    • Guided by prayer and surrender
    • Power flows through bhakti tattva
  • Tapasvi (Physical Path)
    • Independent
    • Self-powered
    • Disciplined and fierce
    • Energy obeys their command

Both are saints—but their source of power and way of working are completely different.

And this difference is the real key to understanding how miracles truly happen.

Tapasvi or Devotee — Who Truly Stands Higher?

Power creates strength, but humility gives direction.

Tapasvis are undeniably powerful. They create immense energy through self-discipline and tapasya. A tapasvi is self-dependent—whatever they do, they do on their own strength. But power without direction can become confusing.

A devotee, on the other hand, may not possess visible power, but they hold something far deeper—bhakti tattva. A true devotee is humble. They always keep saints, elders, and gurus above themselves. When someone more capable stands with them, their work naturally becomes greater.

Think of it this way:
If a devotee wants to do something—like driving—they will gladly ask someone more skilled to do it.
A tapasvi will drive himself. He has the strength—but not always the guidance.

Why Even a Tapasvi Needs a Devotee

God never gives everything to one person.
If there are five people, God gives five different strengths.

A tapasvi may receive power, but knowing how to use that power requires wisdom. And wisdom flows through humility—that is the quality of a devotee.

This is why even the greatest tapasvi must eventually go to a guru, and a true guru is always a devotee at heart.
So to gain knowledge, the tapasvi must bow before devotion.

Where Power Meets Direction

When a tapasvi wants to use the energy created through tapasya, they need the support of devotion.
This is where physical-world energy merges with astral-world guidance.

Only then does power become purposeful.

Tapasya gives energy.
Bhakti gives direction.
And only when both unite does true spiritual elevation happen

Tapasvis are great, but devotees are esteemed.
Because power can stand alone, but truth always bows.

The Hidden Bridge Behind Every Miracle

A miracle never happens directly — it always needs a mediator.

Let’s understand how miracles actually work.

You cannot directly use astral energy to make something appear in the physical world.
And in the same way, you cannot use physical energy alone to create a change in the astral world.

Between these two worlds, there is always a third element — an intermediator.

Both types of saints, whether tapasvi or devotee, must take help from this third force.

Why a Mediator Is Necessary

Imagine you want to move a ₹100 note from one person’s pocket to another—without touching it yourself.
You will need someone in between who can take it out, carry it, and place it elsewhere.

Similarly, a miracle needs:

  • One energy to convert the physical into astral
  • Another energy to convert astral into physical
  • And a third energy to transport the result

Without this chain, nothing moves.

The Science Behind the Mystery

Think of electricity.
High-voltage current is sent first, then it is converted into usable household current through transformers.

A miracle works the same way.

You need doots, tattvas, or guiding forces that act like transformers—converting energies from one dimension to another.

No one can create this conversion alone.

Just like you can’t print a currency note without its blueprint, you cannot perform a miracle without knowing the process of conversion—and that knowledge always comes from someone who already knows it.

Why Even the Powerful Need Guidance

A tapasvi may generate immense power through tapasya.
But to use that power, they still need:

  • Blessings of a guru
  • Support of astral guides
  • Knowledge of how energy is converted

The same applies to a devotee.

That’s why every true miracle uses both physical and astral energies together.

The Core Requirement: Humility

No one knows everything.

Whether tapasvi or devotee, humility is compulsory.
The moment someone believes “I am doing everything,” the flow stops.

Saints are called miraculous because they move in groups of energy.
When they bless a sincere seeker—someone empty yet practicing—miracles start happening naturally.

The person doesn’t do anything.
The energy flows through them.

Later, siddhis may stay, but miracles continue only as long as humility remains.

Final Thoughts:

Miracles are not created by power.
They are allowed by humility.

No one performs miracles alone.
Those who understand this can work with any energy of the universe.
