  • Stop consuming grains (Anaj) after 6 PM.
  • Follow this for 40 days, then gradually extend it to 6 months, then 1 year.
  • After 1 year, you will gain mental clarity, and by 2 years, you will have the ability to influence and uplift others.

One crucial thing—never make a Sankalp (vow) like “I will follow Brahmacharya for this many days.” Doing so may attract higher energies that will test your resolve, making the journey much harder. Instead, just follow the path silently. This doesn’t mean you can’t seek divine support, but if you do, be prepared for challenges.

Achieving Brahmacharya strengthens your Sankalp Shakti (power of will and intention). While it won’t necessarily make you physically stronger, it will give you immense astral power, allowing you to reshape your destiny and manifest your desires.

Important Note for Aspirants:

  • The most common challenge in Brahmacharya is nightfall, but this does not lead to Agni Tattva loss. It only affects the body temporarily.
  • Occasional physical energy release can bring calmness, but never do it intentionally, or you’ll lose energy astrally.
  • Spiritual strength comes first—an aspirant first becomes powerful astrally, then physically, but not the other way around.
